Michael Rowe is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Health Science and Security at Georgetown University. He graduated with honors from Mercyhurst University in 2017 with a B.A. in Intelligence Studies and minors in Public Health and Theatre.  In 2019, he received a Masters of Science in Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Diseases from Georgetown University with a focus on both global health and national security. Most recently, he provided support to the United States Government response efforts for the 2018-2019 Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including policy support for White House and senior HHS official meetings.
