Rachel Perkins
Rachel Perkins is a graduate student in the M.S. Global Health program at Georgetown. As a
Graduate Student Research Assistant at the Center for Global Health Science and Security,
Rachel is joining the COVID Analysis and Mapping of Policies (AMP) project to aid in the
compiling of policies and plans implemented globally to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rachel graduated from Furman University (Greenville, SC) with a B.S. in Health Sciences and
minors in Latin American Studies and Medicine, Health & Culture. As an undergraduate, Rachel
worked as a Policy Intern for the Institute for Child Success and as a Student Teaching Fellow at
Furman University. Her interests include global health governance and sustainable
development.
