Aurora Johnson

Undergraduate Research Assistant

Aurora Johnson worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Global Health Science and Security during the 2018 academic year. Her interests include global health diplomacy, bio-security, and chemical and biological weapons. 

Aurora has previous experience working on medical research policy for the Milken Institute Center for Strategic Philanthropy. She also works for the Center for Latin American Studies with Professor Jenny Guardado studying political and economic mechanisms affecting armed conflict and for the Government Department with Professor Erik Voeten using data-driven approaches to understand international institutions. Aurora is an avid Hoya basketball fan, and attends every game as a Georgetown University cheerleader.
