Isabella Turilli
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Isabella Turilli is an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Global Health Science
and Security, and a senior at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She is
majoring in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA) with a concentration in
Biotechnology and Global Health with a certificate in Diplomatic Studies from the Institute for
the Study of Diplomacy. Her research interests include health diplomacy, pandemic
preparedness, and political and economic norms in global health. Her work at the Center
involves analyzing pandemic preparedness documents for Health Security Net. Isabella also has
experience conducting research with the Bansal Lab on the impact of climate change on animal
disease transmission.
