Program Manager

Binta Balde has worked with the Center for Global Health Science and Security since 2015. She is the acting program manager for the Center’s work funded by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which has focused on strengthening the health system of the Republic of Guinea following the 2014 Ebola virus epidemic. Prior to working with the Center, Binta worked for nearly 10 years as a senior financial analyst, financial controller, and project manager for a number of mining, banking, and consulting institutions, both in Guinea and France.

She holds a Master’s in Finance and Higher School of Management Control of Commerce of Brest (France) and HEC Montreal (Canada).
