Jennifer Bae
Jennifer Bae is the Director of Innovation Strategy and Partnerships for the American College of Cardiology. Prior to joining the ACC, she worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as the Business Services Officer in Beijing, China.
Ms. Bae has consulted for the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health to develop a curriculum on global health diplomacy for field-based infectious disease scientists. For six years prior, Ms. Bae worked for the Department of State on the Biosecurity Engagement Program (BEP), based in both Jakarta, Indonesia and in Washington, DC. While working for BEP, she managed programs in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia and the Philippines. She also served as the Deputy Chief for Global Bio Programs. Her policy work focused on the Biological Weapons Convention, IHR Compliance, and the Global Health Security Agenda.
Bae received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Honors College, and a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
