Feng-jen (Jean) Tsai, Ph.D.

Dr. Feng-jen (Jean) Tsai is an associate professor of the PhD program in Global Health and Health Security in Taipei Medical University. She is also an adjunct associate professor of Graduate Institute of Health and Biotechnology Law in Taipei Medical University.

Her research specialties are in the fields of international law and infectious disease, global trade and health, and the impact of globalization on health. As a scholar trained both in law and public health, Jean has used both quantitative and qualitative approach to answer the questions in global health. Prior to entering academia, Jean worked as a lawyer in Taiwan.
